Thanks to the Season Away Ticket,\u00a01,199 supporters\u00a0of clubs in\u00a0Allsvenskan\u00a0and\u00a0Superettan\u00a0have already secured their spots at all away matches for the\u00a02025 season. Each club has the opportunity to sell\u00a0100 Season Away Tickets, and this year, passes sold out at\u00a0seven of the 32 clubs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The demand for the Away Ticket varies between clubs, and historically, the highest demand is among the big-city clubs, which are used to having large traveling supporter groups,”<\/em>\u00a0says\u00a0Kaveh Sarvari<\/strong>, Event and Private Market Manager at\u00a0Swedish Professional Football Leagues<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of\u00a0February<\/strong>, clubs were given the opportunity to start selling their\u00a0Away Tickets<\/strong>\u00a0for the 2025 season. The pass grants its holder access to all of their club\u2019s\u00a0away matches<\/strong>\u00a0during the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seven clubs that sold out their\u00a0Season Away Tickets<\/strong>\u00a0for the\u00a02025 season<\/strong>\u00a0are:

\u2705\u00a0Djurg\u00e5rden<\/strong>
\u2705\u00a0Hammarby<\/strong>
\u2705\u00a0GAIS<\/strong>
\u2705\u00a0Malm\u00f6 FF<\/strong>
\u2705\u00a0IF Elfsborg<\/strong>
\u2705\u00a0IFK G\u00f6teborg<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\u00a0Superettan<\/strong>, the top-selling club was\u00a0Helsingborgs IF<\/strong>, closely followed by\u00a0\u00d6rgryte IS<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00d6rebro SK<\/strong>\u00a0sold the third most way tickets in Superettan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Purpose of the Away Pass<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0Away Tickets<\/strong>\u00a0is designed to provide a\u00a0good price<\/strong>\u00a0and create\u00a0predictability<\/strong>\u00a0for loyal supporters who travel across the country to follow their favorite team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Allsvenskan<\/strong>:\u00a01,250 SEK<\/strong>\u00a0per pass (~83 SEK per match<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Superettan<\/strong>:\u00a01,000 SEK<\/strong>\u00a0per pass (~67 SEK per match<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Each club\u00a0keeps 50%<\/strong>\u00a0of their\u00a0Away Ticket<\/strong>\u00a0sales, while the remaining\u00a050%<\/strong>\u00a0goes to\u00a0Swedish Professional Football Leagues<\/strong>, which then redistributes the revenue evenly among the clubs in each league.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    “We and our clubs value the atmosphere that our supporters create, which is why offering the Away Tickets was a natural decision when the idea was proposed. There have been requests to increase the number of passes per club, and we will investigate the potential financial and strategic consequences together with the SLO development group during the year,”<\/em>Sarvari concludes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
