Values

What are the values of the Swedish Professional Football Leagues?

– The values are developed and safeguarded internally by everyone who works at the Swedish Professional Football Leagues.

– When the club members are gathering for an activity, a conference, or an educational session arranged by the Swedish Professional Football Leagues, we go through and highlight the values of the organisation.

– In our collaboration with external partners, an overall set of values is important. It shows the overall priorities, guidelines which help us work and develop our business in the right direction.

– The values show us how to handle any situations that could potentially arise in our collaboration with external partners.

– When new external partners want to start a cooperation with the Swedish Professional Football Leagues, we can start from the overall values.

– Domestic projects run by the Swedish Professional Football Leagues in which clubs are included are also carried out under the umbrella of the overall values.

– The code of conduct of the Swedish Professional Football Leagues is based on this set of values. The code of conduct is the guideline for how we work together with educational efforts and through implementation to achieve where we want to be, how we want to be perceived and how to ultimately develop.
